Services Offered

Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Pediatric occupational therapy helps children develop the essential skills needed for daily independence, learning, and play. In pediatrics, a child's "occupations" are not jobs, but rather the crucial activities required to grow, learn, socialize, and take care of themselves. Therapists use play-based interventions to help children overcome physical, cognitive, sensory, and social challenges.

SPEECH THERAPY

Pediatric speech therapy evaluates and treats communication, language, and swallowing disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. Administered by a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), its primary goal is to improve a child's ability to express themselves, understand others, and navigate social and academic environments confidently Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) is a highly specialized, tactile-proprioceptive approach used in speech therapy to improve speech clarity, articulation, and feeding skills. Unlike traditional speech therapy, which relies almost entirely on visual and auditory cues (e.g., "watch me and copy what I say"), OPT uses hands-on, multi-sensory techniques to help individuals physically feel how to correctly position their jaw, lips, and tongue. The fundamental role of OPT is to act as a supplemental bridge to traditional speech therapy. It builds the structural foundations—muscle strength, coordination, and muscle memory—needed before a client can successfully transition to functional speech

Paediatric Physiotherapy

The primary role of a pediatric physiotherapist is to assess, diagnose, and treat movement difficulties, developmental delays, and physical disabilities in babies, children, and adolescents up to age 18. They use play-based therapy and specialized exercises to maximize a child's independence, physical function, and overall quality of life.Children are not just miniature adults. Their bones, muscles, and neural pathways are continuously growing, requiring a highly specialized approach to rehabilitation and movement tracking

BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY

Child behavioral therapy focuses on replacing negative or disruptive behaviors with positive, adaptive actions. Unlike traditional talk therapies that focus primarily on past root causes, this approach is highly action-oriented and structured. It helps children identify the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Individualized Education Planning (IEP) & Inclusive Education Support

General Focus: A special educator evaluates students' unique needs, adapts classroom curricula, and delivers tailored instruction to help children with disabilities achieve academic and personal independence. Collaboration Focus: Working as a vital bridge between families, therapists, and general teachers, a special educator ensures that students with special needs receive the legal accommodations and behavioral support necessary to thrive. Early Intervention Focus: In early childhood settings, a special educator designs play-based, individualized interventions that target developmental delays to maximize a young child's future learning potential.
